Thank you for your purchase from our digital download product store!!
I want your experience to be as good as possible, and if you are still having trouble after following the steps from the listing/follow up email, these may help.
It is difficult to troubleshoot each individual’s problem, so please read each tutorial and follow each step as described.
After Purchase:
Depending on the page settings, you may get an immediate “Access Your Files” button on your Thank You & confirmation page.
In any case, after you see the confirmation page, you should receive a confirmation email from the store a few minutes after your purchase.
You will click the link to the place where you can download your purchase.
NOTE: You should always be downloading from a laptop or PC/MAC. If you’re trying to download your file onto a mobile device, you may have trouble retrieving the file. Downloading files does not work well on mobile devices (phones, ipods, and tablets).
Receipt of Purchase Email
Click the “Download” button from the email and you will be taken to your files on your computer.
Select the location on your computer where you want to download it – Most computers will save to the “Downloads” folder if you don’t select a different option.
Note where you have saved your download {I will not be able to help you find it on your computer}. Click the “Save” button.
Also, please note that the item you purchase may have a limit on how long your downloads will be available or how many downloads you will be allowed. After that date/number of downloads, you will have to purchase the item again.
I purchased a digital item, but I don’t have a Shopify account.
If you checked out as a guest, you’ll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
I can’t seem to find my download notification email.
First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs.
For now, you can still get to your file using the directions below.
I’m having trouble downloading my files.
If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.
If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again.
If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type. Please refer back to the product listing, as it should indicate what programs you should use for these files. Any other programs are at your own risk.
After the File Is Saved to Your Computer
Open your file by finding it and clicking on it.
If the file is zipped, here’s how to unzip a ZIP file:
On a laptop or PC- save the ZIP file to your computer, right-click and select, “Extract All.” This will create a new file on your computer in which you can open. Then, add the file to iCloud or Dropbox to get the files on your mobile device. On rare occasions, apps on your browser may make things a little wonky during downloading. If this occurs, please try using a different browser.
On a mobile device- before you download the ZIP file directly to your mobile device, you may need a free app to unzip the product (a good, free one is FileExplorer Free). This will allow you to unzip the folder to access it. Another solution available on some mobile devices is to long hold the zipped file icon and then click, “Extract.”
All files are sent using PDF format. Most computers have pre-installed Adobe Reader on them, but if your particular laptop, PC, or mobile device does not have a PDF reader of some sort on it, you’ll need one to view the items. Adobe Reader is the most common one and it’s free. You can download it here.
If you can’t find the file once it’s downloaded, try looking in Downloads under My Computer or search the title of the file on your computer for where it could be hiding.
If you still have trouble, a quick Google search will help.
Can I access my digital purchases from within my account?
Yes! To access your digital file(s), go to Your Account and look for Purchases, your order should be there (as long as you are still within your download period and have not exceeded the download limit.)
To the right of the order, click on the order number and then the name of the product you purchased. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
